**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING:**
By proceeding with any booking, you are legally agreeing to all terms, conditions, and policies stated below. Failure to read these policies does not exempt you from them.
📅 Monthly Booking & Scheduling Options
To ensure fairness and maintain an organized calendar, we offer two ways to secure your child's spot:
1. Standard Monthly Booking
* **The Rule:** You may **only** book for the current calendar month.
* **Opening Dates:** Booking for the upcoming month officially opens on the **25th of each month**.
* Any standard booking attempted before the 25th will be automatically canceled.
2. Early Bird Booking Feature ✨
* **What it is:** If you absolutely must secure a spot for the following month *before* standard books open, you may request an **Early Bird Appointment**.
* **The Cost:** Early Bird bookings require a **Double Deposit ($50)**. Please note that only **$25** of this will be credited toward your final childcare balance.
* **How to book:** Early Bird requests cannot be made online. You must text directly to request this premium service.

💵 Accepted Payment Methods
* **We are a 100% cashless business.** No cash payments will be accepted under any circumstances.
* **Zelle:** 954-439-4657 (No additional fee)
* **CashApp:** `$QueenVibes0517` (Requires an additional $3 convenience fee added to your total plus the fee)
👶 Age Requirements & Availability
* We exclusively care for children ages **Newborn through 8 years old**.
* To guarantee high-quality, focused care, we enforce a strict limit of **one child per household** per booking session.
💰 Deposit & Cancellation Standards
* A **$25 non-refundable deposit** is required immediately to secure any standard spot on the schedule. No deposit, no booking.
* **Cancellations:** You must cancel your appointment at least **24 hours in advance**. Deposits are completely non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Tiny Tots Babysitting
* **No-Call, No-Show Policy:** Any client who fails to show up without prior communication will be **permanently banned** from booking future services.

Monday – Thursday: 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday-6:45 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday- 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday-CLOSED
📌 Premium Service Fees
* **Holiday Bookings:** Subject to an additional **$25 premium fee** and are strictly based on holiday availability.
* **Same-Day / Last-Minute Bookings:** If a same-day opening is available, **full payment is required immediately upon booking**, along with a **$30 urgent care fee**.
🛑 Drop-Off, Pick-Up & Late Policies
⏱️ The 10-Minute Grace Period
Punctuality is crucial. If you are more than **10 minutes late** for your scheduled drop-off time, your appointment is **automatically canceled** and your deposit is forfeited.
🏫 School Routine Blackout Windows
Due to daily school drop-offs and pick-ups for my son, there are strict windows where **no clients may drop off or pick up children**. Please plan your day around these times:
* 🛑 **Morning Blackout:** No arrivals between **7:20 AM – 8:10 AM**
* 🛑 **Afternoon Blackout:** No arrivals/departures between **1:10 PM – 2:10 PM**
⚠️ **Important Routine Notice:** Children in my care during school days will accompany me in the vehicle for school runs. On Saturdays, depending on the needs of the group, children may also join me for scheduled weekend activities if my husband is unavailable to transport our son.
🩺 Strict Health & Wellness Policy
The health of my household and the children in my care is my highest priority. My son catches illnesses very quickly, so we enforce a zero-tolerance sick policy.
*Keep them home if your child has a fever, a non-clear/colored runny nose, or a persistent cough.
* **The 5-Cough Rule:** If a child coughs more than **5 times back-to-back** while in my care, I will immediately call you, and you must come pick up your child instantly.
🎥 Content Creator & Media Policy
🚨 **I am a professional Content Creator.** I capture high-quality photo and video content of my daily routine to showcase how I run my childcare business.
* **Media Release:** All clients **must sign a formal Media Release Form** prior to their child's first day of care.
* If you do not wish for your child to be filmed or photographed, please let me know upfront so we can discuss alternative care arrangements.
🔒 Safety, Security, & Location Privacy
To ensure the absolute safety of my family and your children, the physical address of Tiny Tots is strictly private.
* **Address Release:** The location details will **only** be released once your childcare balance has been **paid in full**.
* **Security:** The property is monitored by 24/7 security cameras and protected by an on-site guard dog.
* **Visitor Rule:** Absolutely **no unapproved guests** are permitted on the property. Do not invite friends or family members to my home without explicit permission.
* **🐶 Pet Notice:** We have friendly household dogs on the premises. For the safety and comfort of all parties, they are securely crated in a separate area whenever clients are present. They will bark upon arrival to alert security.

* **When:** Saturdays from **5:00 PM – 6:00 PM only**.
* **Attendance:** Strictly limited to **one parent and the child** receiving care.
* **Fee:** There is a **$10 non-refundable booking fee** required for the interview to prevent no-shows.
