A Complete Introduction to Ballet From A–Z
Have you always wanted to learn ballet but never had the chance?
Our Adult & Teen Beginner Ballet classes are specially designed for teens and adults with little or no experience. Whether you are returning to dance after many years or stepping into your very first ballet class, you are warmly welcome.
This class is more than just exercise — it is a complete introduction to the beautiful art of classical ballet with detailed explanations of everything.

In our classes you will learn:

🩰 Basic ballet positions and terminology

🩰 Proper posture and elegant body alignment

🩰 Graceful & correct arm movements and coordination

🩰 Ballet barre exercises explained step-by-step

🩰 Balance, strength, and musicality

🩰 How to move safely and correctly

Every exercise is carefully explained in detail so beginners can feel comfortable, confident, and inspired. Classes are taught in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where students can progress at their own pace.
