✨ Parent Information Night
Dear EPIC Families, Parent Night is around the corner - Wednesday, August 26th @ 5:30 pm! This is a time to learn more about your child's classroom curriculum, procedures and expectations.
TK - 3rd grade - only parents attend
4th - 8th students are encouraged to attend and sit with parents throughout the presentation.

Gate 4 and Gate 5, the two gates near the front office, will be open.

Session 1: 5:30 - 6:00
Session 2: 6:15 - 6:45
Open House: 6:45 - 7:00

- *Middle School Schedule - Students begin in their homeroom classes - If you have more than one student, we would encourage you to attend a session for each child. - If you are only attending one session for one child, we would encourage you to attend Session 2.

If you are unable to make tonight's event, you’re welcome to reach out to your child's teacher and request the information presented. We look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday, August 26th!

WELCOME BACK, SHARKS! 🦈

The 2026–2027 school year is officially underway, and we are so excited to have our students and families back at EPIC Academy!

Before welcoming our Sharks back to campus, our amazing teachers and staff spent time together during Professional Development, learning, collaborating, and preparing for a fin-tastic year ahead.

We also loved kicking off the year with Meet the Teacher Night! It was wonderful seeing so many of our families, welcoming new faces, reconnecting with returning families, and building excitement for the year ahead. 💙

And just like that, our first week of school is complete! 🎉 It has been so great seeing our Sharks back on campus. We are off to an EPIC start and can’t wait to see all that this school year brings!

❗️Important Crosswalk & Pedestrian Bridge Reminder!
Dear Families, As we begin a new school year, we want to send a friendly reminder about the pedestrian bridge and crosswalk procedures that were shared last January. This information mostly impacts EPIC students who walk, bike, or scooter to and from school. For the safety of all students, students should NOT use the crosswalks at the River Islands Pkwy and Norbeck roundabout. All students crossing River Islands Pkwy MUST use the pedestrian bridge. Please see the attached map and pictures for reference. 🚲 Bikes & Scooters: Students must use the paved path and cross River Islands Pkwy using the pedestrian bridge. 🚶 Walkers: Students may use the paved path or the cemented stairs to access the pedestrian bridge. 🚸 Students accessing the stairs should use the designated crosswalk near the stairway. Please take a moment to review these procedures with your student as we start the school year. Thank you for your continued partnership in helping keep our students safe!
