UUP has negotiated a tentative agreement with the State of New York!

More details will be available on the Members-Only section of the webpage as soon as the UUP Negotiations Committee votes to send the tentative agreement to the members for a ratification vote.

UUP President Fred Kowal, Secretary/Treasurer Jeri O'Bryan-Losee, MDO Patrick Romain and 8 Executive Board members were reelected or elected at the Spring 2026 Delegate Assembly. Newly elected Executive Board members begin their terms today.
