Shaker All Sport Booster Club

A strong showing from Shaker Boys Outdoor Track at the State Championship Meet. Prophet Clark (senior) earned 6th place in Class A in the 110m hurdles with a time of 14.92, securing the program’s only podium finish. Donovan “DJ” Scott (freshman) placed 10th in Class A and 23rd overall in the 200m dash, finishing as the fastest freshman in the race. Jake Gaudette (senior) capped off a standout career with a 10th place Class A finish in the 3200m run and a senior-year best time of 9:23.99. Ed Stano (junior) set a massive personal best in the pole vault, clearing 14 feet to finish 8th in Class A. Congratulations to all our athletes on an outstanding season.

Congratulations to Shaker Seniors Peyton Hoblock and Jake Gaudette on being selected as Excellence in Leadership Award recipients at the Suburban Scholastic Council Excellence in Leadership Awards! This award recognizes outstanding student-athletes who demonstrate exceptional leadership and positively impact their teams, athletic programs, and school community. Both athletes will continue their academic and athletic careers on the collegiate level in the fall, Peyton will continue her basketball career at Dartmouth, and Jake will continue competing in Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field and Cross Country at SUNY Geneseo. Congratulations Peyton and Jake, we can’t wait to see what else you accomplish!

Congratulations to the girls Outdoor Track & Field athletes who earned Suburban Council All-Star honors for the 2026 season! Lilyana Griffin (200M, 400M), Alexandra Kociuba (100M Hurdles, High Jump, Pentathlon), Charlotte Marks (400M Hurdles), Ruby Miracle (Pole Vault), and Sahana Miracle (Pentathlon). Amazing job done by all!

State Championship Weekend is coming! Shaker will be represented by 10 outstanding athletes at the Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Webster Schroeder High School on June 13–14, gates open at 9 a.m. and events begin at 10 a.m. each day.

Competing for the boys are Prophet Clark, DJ Scott, Jake Gaudette, and Ed Stano, while Ruby Miracle, Lily Griffin, Eve Agogo, Olivia Connelly, Gigi Small, and Alex Kociuba will represent the girls.

Saturday's events feature Prophet in the 110H prelims, Jake in the 3200M, DJ in the 200M, Ruby in Pole Vault, Alex in High Jump, Lily in the 400M and 200M, and Lily, Eve, Olivia, and Gigi in the 4x100 relay.

Sunday's competition includes Prophet in the 110H finals, DJ and Lily in the 200M finals, and Ed in Pole Vault.
