Our ninjas are back for another action-packed morning of training! 💪🔥

Today’s mission includes:
🤼 Wrestling
🥊 Kickboxing
🤸 Yoga & Athletic Development
⚽ Team Games

We’ll be working on:
✅ Wrestling fundamentals
🥊 Head punch defense & kick catch takedowns
🤸 Mobility, Turkish Get-Ups & partner movement
🎾 Ball skills & relay races
🏆 Team games and ninja challenges

🚨 IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE THIS WEEKEND 🚨

🧘 Saturday Tai Chi class will run from 9:00–10:00 AM ONLY.

❌ All Karate and Kung Fu classes are cancelled this Saturday.

🥋 Shifu Lucas will be leading a team of students to compete at the Bushiken Warriors Challenge. Wish us luck! 💪🏆

Breaking Wave Martial Arts Summer Camp is HERE!

We’re excited to announce our Martial Arts Summer Camp—a fun, high-energy program designed to keep kids active, learning, and growing this summer!

Camp Details:
📅 Week 1: July 13-17
📅 Week 2: July 20–24
⏰ Half Day: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 3A Johnson Rd, Latham, NY

Students will enjoy a variety of activities including Kungfu, Karate, BJJ, Wrestling, Arts & Crafts, Games, and more!

💰 $225 per week

We are intentionally keeping the group small to ensure quality instruction and a great experience for every student—so spots will be limited.
