One thing not enough people talk about when it comes to owning a business or entrepreneurship… 💯

Some days you feel like you’re making incredible progress.

You feel motivated.

Focused.

Like everything is moving in the right direction.

And then there are days where you feel completely stuck.

You question yourself.

You question the business.

You wonder if it’s even worth continuing.

I’ve learned that both seasons are part of the journey.

The highs remind you what’s possible.

The lows shape the person you’re becoming.

So whether I feel like I’m winning or I feel like I’m stuck…

I have to remind myself that God is using both.

He’s developing my character, strengthening my faith, and preparing me for what’s ahead.

The goal isn’t to let your emotions dictate your direction.

The goal is to stay faithful, keep showing up, and trust that God is working even on the days you can’t see it.

Let’s keep becoming 1% better every single day.

Oh. “That’s it” huh!? 🤔🤪

Heavenly Father,

Take away the fear that keeps me small. Remove the doubt, the insecurity, and the hesitation that keeps me from stepping fully into what You have called me to do.

Fill me with faith… faith to trust You, faith to take the next step, and faith to become everything You created me to become.

Give me courage when I feel afraid, discipline when I feel weak, and confidence rooted in You rather than in myself.

Help me stop limiting what You can do through me. Let my life be a reflection of Your purpose, Your goodness, and Your glory.

In Jesus’ name 🙏🏽

Putting yourself first is one of the most selfless things you can do. 💯

The better you feel, the fuller your cup is. The more energy you have. The more confidence you carry. The more you have to give.

And when you become a better version of yourself, you show up better for everyone around you.

So stop looking at making time for yourself, investing in yourself, and making yourself a priority as selfish.

Look at it for what it really is:

One of the most selfless things you can do for yourself and the people you love.

You can’t pour from an empty cup. Fill yours. 🧡

When someone asks me for advice and I already know I’m about to bring up Jesus, fitness… or both 😂

Because honestly, those two will fix about 99% of your problems.

Especially Jesus. 🙏🏽

Most people don’t fail because they aren’t capable. 💯

They fail because they’re stuck in patterns that keep them from moving forward.

Maybe you’re waiting for motivation.
Maybe your environment is working against you.
Maybe you’ve been telling yourself the same limiting story for years.

Identify the one thing that’s holding you back the most, and focus on improving it this week. Small, consistent actions create massive change over time.

Which one hit you the hardest?

1️⃣ No clear goal
2️⃣ Negative self-talk
3️⃣ Waiting for motivation
4️⃣ Your environment
5️⃣ Avoiding discomfort
