As we enter the final week of the Counting of the Omer, we focus on Malchut — Majesty, G-d’s earthly realm.
Malchut reminds us that true greatness is not about control, but about humility, dignity, and the ability to elevate the world around us. It’s where all the previous qualities come together and are expressed in action.
This week is an opportunity to reflect:
✨ How can I lead with humility?
✨ How can I bring more purpose and presence into my daily life?
✨ How can I make a meaningful impact on others?
As we approach Shavuot, may we channel everything we’ve worked on into real, grounded growth.

✨ Counting of the Omer – Week of Yesod ✨
Yesod | Foundation • Connection • Generativity
As we enter the week of Yesod, we focus on the power of connection—how we build, strengthen, and nurture the bonds in our lives. 🤝
Yesod represents the foundation that brings everything together. It’s about meaningful relationships, trust, and the way we channel all the growth from the previous weeks into something lasting and impactful.
💫 This week is an opportunity to:
• Strengthen your relationships with intention
• Communicate with honesty and care
• Build connections rooted in trust and respect
Every day of the Omer brings us closer—not only spiritually, but also to one another.
May this week be filled with strong connections, purpose, and meaningful growth. ✨

✨ Counting of the Omer – Week of Hod ✨
Hod | Glory • Humility • Gratitude
As we enter the week of Hod, we shift our focus to the quiet strength of humility and appreciation.
Hod teaches us that true beauty isn’t only in what we achieve—but in how we acknowledge others, express gratitude, and recognize the blessings in our lives. It’s about stepping back, giving thanks, and finding meaning in the simple, often overlooked moments.
💫 This week, take time to:
• Practice gratitude daily
• Acknowledge the people who impact your life
• Embrace humility as a source of inner strength
Each day of the Omer is an opportunity to grow—one step closer to becoming our best selves.
May this week be filled with gratitude, clarity, and meaningful reflection.
