📚✨ Little Teachers, Big Learning! ✨📚

Our kindergarteners in Mrs. Leary’s class were putting their learning into action as they stepped into the role of phonics teachers for their peers! 🧑‍🏫👩‍🏫

Students practiced their phonics skills while explaining, modeling, and supporting one another—building not only their reading skills, but also their confidence, communication, and leadership skills along the way. 💙

There’s something special about learning when you get to teach what you know! 🌟

🐬 Learning together. Leading together. Growing together.

🐬 Dolphins Are Proactive! 💙

Our staff put Habit 1: Be Proactive into action as we worked together, reflected, and learned as a team!

Being proactive means recognizing that we have the power to choose our response, take initiative, and focus our energy on what we can control. When we work together with intention, we create opportunities for growth—not only for ourselves, but for our students and our entire school community.

At Dondero, we believe leadership starts with each of us. When we choose to be proactive, we take ownership, support one another, and turn ideas into action. 🌟

One team. One vision. One proactive choice at a time.

The doctor—err, teacher… ummm… Admin —is IN! 💛🖤
Our admin team brought all the Peanuts fun to Staff Development Day! From learning new strategies to collaborating as a team, we’re having an amazing school year! As Charlie Brown would say, "It’s not what’s under the tree that matters, it’s who’s around it." (Or in our case, who’s in the school!) Huge thank you to our incredible leaders for keeping learning fun and supporting our staff every step of the way! 🍎✨ and a special shout out to the gang who helped decorate and make our day such fun!
