Check out the below article. What are your thoughts on a "bodyguard" speaking ill of their former clients? Thoughts on arguing with the client? Thoughts on not doing a proper advance and not even knowing what floor your client is staying on? Interesting on how they make the client seem like the "bad guy" here.
