At National Training Institute we offer career-focused training. NTI offers training programs for entry-level careers in HVAC/R service, repair and installation. Most of our programs include hands-on training with an emphasis on installation and troubleshooting. Our HVAC/R training program utilizes a unique system known as the HVAC TechOnDemand, which gives students the hands-on troubleshooting experience that sets our graduates apart. With more than two decades of history, NTI has the administrative skill, experience and close ties with the industry that are necessary for you to get the quality training needed. NTI graduates have a broad range of career opportunities and are qualified as entry-level technicians and HVAC installers. With today’s residential, commercial and industrial Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems more sophisticated than ever, the industry requires a workforce with specialized knowledge and skills for installations, maintenance and repairs.

Quick look back at the recent Las Vegas graduation!

180 NTI graduates recently completed training in HVAC, plumbing and electrical—and they didn’t just learn the trades, they put those skills to work.

From installing mini splits and plumbing lab water heaters to wiring an ice machine, this class got plenty of hands-on experience. And 17 graduates were already employed before graduation! 💪

Our Houston South students recently had the opportunity to learn directly from Rinnai about the latest models and technology in tankless water heaters.

One session focused on our instructors, giving them the opportunity to expand their knowledge and stay up to date with the latest equipment. Another session brought together our Traditional HVAC, plumbing, and electrical students for hands-on learning about tankless water heaters.

At NTI, we’re always looking for ways to keep our training current and give students knowledge they can take into the field. 💪
