Did you know? The roots of competitive gaming go back much further than you might think!

The very first electronic game was invented way back in 1947 by Thomas T. Goldsmith Jr. and Estle Ray Mann. It used dials to control a light beam, simulating firing artillery. While it was never released to the public, it laid the vital foundation for the entire video game industry we know and love today.
