Love....
1. An intense feeling of deep affection.
2. A great interest and pleasure in something or somone
And for all it can be expressed, this feeling/s, is so many different ways.

Have you felt what is written above?
Perhaps a love for food, dance, sports or travel?
What about for another person or people in your life? Do you complain all the time and limit your space of love flowing with ease?
Do you speak your truth with ease and show love and kindness?

I read about Ram Dass and his challenges with loving others and speaking his truth. I felt compassion for him. He was such an admired spiritual leader that also had challenges with loving others and himself.

Love is an innate quality that we all have within us. And somewhere along living on life's path we lose it. I suggest to back to you, your home within you, and see why or where you lost love.

Love isn't necessarily a soul mate or partner. It is the love you have for yourself first that matters the most. May sound selfish and at the same time heartfelt. You are your best friend for life and when you love you, you can then have space to love others.

With that said, find activities that bring you joy, that spark of love. Read, dance, listen to music, practice yoga, go for a walk, and more. With a practice of what brings you joy you may see life with more brilliance, boldness, experience peace, freedom and beauty. 😍

Forgive me for being absent so long from writing on this platform. I realize now that this was one of my loves, sharing with you what I have learned. I hope you enjoyed your read 📚 😊 Have the best week ahead expressing love towards yourself and others with ease.
