You already know what to do…

You know you need help…

And you’ve known it for months. Maybe years.

You’re not stupid.

You KNOW this isn’t getting better on its own.

You KNOW that taking a week off and hoping it sorts itself isn’t a strategy.

You KNOW that the longer you wait... the worse it gets.

And you KNOW you’re putting it off.

In the meantime?

You’re still training, compromised.

Still playing around it and leaving progress on the table.

So let me remind you of the reality here...

There’s never gonna be a perfect time, and your body isn’t going to magically fix itself while you wait.

You either deal with this now...

Or you keep on dealing with the consequences of NOT dealing with it.

Which is way more fu***ng exhausting, long-term.

How about we just fix it?

Drop me a DM with the body part you struggle with the most below, and I’ll personally get back to you

You know what it’s like to roll pain-free?

To not even THINK about your knee or your shoulder or your back?

To just... move?

In all honesty, most grapplers have forgotten.

Some never knew in the first place.

They’ve been holding back for so long... It’s become normal.

But let me show you a snapshot of what’s on the other side...

You step on the mats, and you don’t have a single thought about what position to avoid.

You see an opening, and you just take it.

No hesitation. No second-guessing.

You can train pretty much every day if you want.

Roll hard. Compete at 100%.

And wake up the next morning feeling GOOD.

Not just “not in pain.” Actually fu***ng good.

Strong. Mobile. Ready to go again.

You stop picking training partners based on size.

You stop sitting out rounds or playing the safe version of your game.

Because your body isn’t the limiting factor anymore.

And once that happens?

You remember why you fell in love with this in the first place.

Because jiu-jitsu is so much easier when your body works the way it’s supposed to.

That’s what’s possible for you.

I’ll be in my DMs if you’d be up for a conversation.

Mate, are you leaving years on the table?

You want to do this forever.

You’ve said it a hundred times.

“I want to train until I’m 60+, to be the guy that never stops”

“I want to see my kids get their black belts.”

But here’s the truth:

In all honesty, you’re not on that trajectory right now…

You’re on the trajectory that forces you off the mats in 2-3 years.

Maybe less.

Because those niggles you’re ignoring?

They’re not staying niggles.

They’re getting worse.

Until one day you wake up and they’re not niggles anymore.

They’re full-blown problems that FORCE you to stop.

And by that point, it’s way harder to fix.

So here are your choices, as I see them...

You can keep ignoring it (and keep hoping it magically sorts itself out)...

Keep on playing around the problem and lose YEARS you could’ve had.

Or… You can fix it now.

Make those weak spots outrageously strong and actually DO this forever.

And not the watered-down version, either.

The full-blown, rip someone’s head off version…

DM me “Performance” if you want the years back.

The guy who started after you just tapped you.

Again.

And it’s not because he’s more talented or because he trains more than you.

It’s because his body lets him go 100%.

And yours doesn’t.

He can scramble without hesitation, explode out of bad positions, and he doesn’t have to think twice before shooting.

You do.

Because of your knee issues.

So while HE’S going full blast...

You’re playing the edited version of yourself.

And slowly... the gap closes.

Then it flips.

And now you’re the one getting worked by someone you KNOW you’re better than.

Or at least... You used to be.

But skill doesn’t matter if your body won’t let you use it…

Put simply, you could have the most expensive, high-performance car in the world…

If it’s locked in the garage, you’re going nowhere.

And the longer you wait to fix this, the more people are going to pass you by.

DM me “Performance” if you’re done being left behind.

7 years is a long time to carry something that didn’t need to be carried.

But Declan isn’t unusual.

Most of the grapplers who come through this team have been living with the same issues for years because nobody fixed the right thing.

The self-diagnosing.

The physio visits.

The weeks of rest followed by the return, followed by the re-injury.

At 34, Declan feels “better than I did at 24”.

Those are his words.

The limits he believed about what his body could do has gone.

So has the injury he’d spent years accepting.

Both were always fixable - with the right approach.

Again, it’s not about the niggles

It’s about what we can do to your performance once we’ve got rid of them

And you can finally become the guy that people dread rolling with because of how capable you are

The injuries that keep coming back aren’t inevitable.

The game that keeps shrinking isn’t permanent.

The version of jiu-jitsu you’re doing right now, scaled back, played safe, planned around what your body can handle, isn’t the ceiling.

The guys on this team are proof of that. Every single one of them.

If you’ve been watching and recognising yourself…

In the injuries, in the frustration, in the gap between the grappler you are and the one you know you could be…

This is the moment.

DM me the word STRONG.

Let’s find out what’s actually going on and what fixing it looks like for you specifically

Being told your injuries are just your age is one of the most demoralising things a physio can say.

There’s nothing you can do about your age.

It’s permanent.

An injury is fixable.

NOT permanent.

Unless you ignore it, or do stupid banded physio s**t that doesn’t work.

For a lot of grapplers, speaking to a physio is the moment they start accepting less.

Liam’s injuries weren’t down to his age.

They were down to a structural weakness nobody had properly addressed.

Three months of the right work and all three of them were gone.

…think about that…

3 months later, Liam was OLDER. So it can’t be his age, can it?

He wasn’t an anomaly.

He joined the team. We found the root cause of the issue… and fixed it.

Simple

09/09/2026

The language people use about their bodies tells you everything about how much it’s costing them.

“I just play guard now.”
“I choose my training partners carefully.”
“I’m always bracing for what’s going to go next.”

That’s not just a physical description. That’s someone who’s started thinking of limitation as a permanent condition.

The same people, months later, don’t speak like that anymore.

Because they don’t think like that anymore.

If you recognise yourself in the before, DM me the word Strong.

The “after” is closer than you think

The ceiling isn’t always physical.

Sometimes it’s the story you’ve been telling yourself, built from enough real evidence to feel completely true.

The age. The health thing. The injuries. The business. The kids. The sleep.

Each one by itself is manageable.

But together, they become a case for expecting less.

For training within tighter and tighter limits.

For slowly accepting a version of jiu-jitsu that’s a fraction of what it used to be.

Gary knew the story he’d built.

He also knew somewhere underneath it that he’d built it himself.

It’s not JUST physical.

Dealing with injuries has a mental price too.

09/06/2026

The injuries and niggles are the obstacle. They aren’t the goal.

The goal is the training you’re not getting.

The competitions you’re not entering.

The version of yourself on the mat that keeps getting postponed because something keeps breaking.

Every person who’s come through this team had a physical problem.

What they were actually dealing with was the gap…

Between the grappler they are and the one they know they could be.

That gap closes faster than people expect.

And once it does, the ceiling shifts in ways they genuinely didn’t see coming.
