Congratulations to 3rd grader Wildcat Dylan Mancini for being featured by News 3 Las Vegas!
At just 9 years old, Dylan is already making a name for himself in the racing world, competing in Quarter Midget and Bandolero races at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Bullring. His dedication, determination, and passion for racing are helping him chase big dreams at a very young age.
We love celebrating our Wildcats as they pursue their passions both inside and outside the classroom. Dylan, we are so proud of your accomplishments and can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!

🐾 Wandering Wildcats: Aubree & CJ’s Adventure Down Under!
Aubree and CJ Nigro recently returned from an unforgettable 15-day journey through Australia and New Zealand!
Their adventure began in Australia, where they visited their older sister, who recently completed her Master’s degree at the University of Sydney. The family enjoyed exploring the campus and experiencing the beauty and culture of Australia.
Next, they traveled to New Zealand, where they toured the famous Hobbiton Movie Set and explored incredible caves. To top off an already amazing trip, Aubree had the opportunity to live out a dream by dancing with the world-renowned Royal Family dance team in Auckland. She was individually recognized for her talent by current team members and even received a special tour of their studio—an experience few dancers get to enjoy!
What an incredible adventure filled with family, exploration, and unforgettable memories. Way to go, Aubree and CJ!

🐾 Wandering Wildcats: The Bourn Siblings’ East Coast Adventure!
The Bourn siblings had an unforgettable summer exploring the East Coast! Their adventure included ziplining over Niagara Falls, visiting Toronto and Cooperstown, experiencing life on an Amish farm, and enjoying family time while seeing fireflies for the very first time.
They also made a splash at Great Wolf Lodge before heading to New York City, where they biked through Central Park, explored Times Square, visited iconic landmarks, and took a boat ride to see the Statue of Liberty up close.
What an incredible journey filled with adventure, history, and memories that will last a lifetime! 💙🐾

Wandering Wildcats: We love seeing what our Wildcats are up to this summer!
Future 5th grader Ethan Mahaney had an amazing summer adventure! Ethan and his family traveled to Northern California to visit relatives before taking a scenic road trip down the beautiful California coast. Along the way, they explored Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea, spotted a beach full of elephant seals in San Simeon, and enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic views at the iconic Bixby Bridge.

Future 1st grader Michael had an amazing adventure on a family cruise to Alaska! From breathtaking scenery to unforgettable family memories, Michael enjoyed exploring one of the most beautiful places in the world. We love seeing our Wildcats learning and making memories through travel.

🐾 WANDERING WILDCATS: We love seeing what our Wildcats are up to this summer!
Incoming 1st grader Samuel recently traveled to Xcaret in Cancun, Mexico, for an unforgettable family adventure. He swam in a cenote, kayaked through beautiful waterways, spotted wildlife including iguanas, relaxed by the pool, and enjoyed plenty of delicious smoothies along the way. To top off an amazing trip, Samuel even had the opportunity to sit in the pilot’s seat on the flight home!
What a fantastic summer adventure filled with fun, nature, and memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks for sharing your adventure, Samuel! ☀️🌴🛶✈️🐾

WANDERING WILDCATS: We love seeing what our Wildcats are up to this summer! 🌲
Over Memorial Day weekend, incoming 7th grader Leonel Gutierrez and his family traveled to Yosemite National Park for an unforgettable adventure! Leonel explored several hiking trails, saw breathtaking waterfalls, and stood among the Giant Sequoias.
Along the way, he discovered colorful birds, butterflies, and even spotted a bobcat enjoying a small rabbit in the wild! Leonel also came across a fascinating beetle called the Oregon Fir Sawyer — something his family had never seen before!
What an amazing outdoor adventure for this Wandering Wildcat! Leonel is already looking forward to many more adventures this summer!

WANDERING WILDCATS: We love celebrating the amazing talents of our Wildcats this summer!
Incoming 3rd Grader Marley Prusse recently performed in her 4th annual recital with Bunker Dance Center at The Smith Center! Marley danced in an incredible 3 routines across 2 separate recitals, showcasing her talents in ballroom, jazz, and hip hop.
To top it off, her hip hop team took 1st place at competition this year! What an AMAZING accomplishment to perform on such a large stage in front of thousands of people at just 8 years old. We are so proud of you, Marley!

WANDERING WILDCATS: We love seeing our Wildcats and staff staying connected over the summer! ⚾️🐾
Coach Brad is coaching a 15/16U baseball team this summer and is currently coaching former Wildcat Timmy Thomason! As former teachers of Timmy, Mr. Glaude and Mrs. Hazen came out to cheer on the team and show their support. We love seeing the lasting relationships built at Lone Mountain both on and off campus!
