This will be my last seminar of the year and for the foreseeable future. I've decided to take 2027 off from traveling. I have one event in 2027, my Grapplers retreat camp in Mendocino CA that I already committed to and thankfully is already sold out.

I've traveled all over the world teaching and spreading the Jiu-Jitsu I dedicated my life to learning over the last 15 years. It's a style I felt was very unique where I focused on the fundamentals with the concepts of connection, disconnection, weight distribution, positioning, efficiency of movement ingrained into everything. The subtle often "hidden" details that make moves work so much more effectively and efficiently.

I'm extremely grateful for all the people that have invited me into your gyms to share my knowledge and all the students from all over the world who supported me. Some traveling from halfway around the world to attend my events.

The ability to maintain dominant position is the foundation to being able to attack and finish. If you get to a dominant position and are only able to maintain for 10 seconds then it means you only had 10 seconds to finish. If you can hold position indefinitely then you have all the time in the world. This is one of the reasons why Rickson made us focus so much on positional training.
