Local article about a family and their struggle getting services for their disabled child. What I want to emphasize is that there are organizations to help listed in the article, namely Nevada PEP, Nevada Disability Advocacy and Law Center, and Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Also, there was an intriguing quote of things to come -
