Olympia weekend is over, everyone went home, and now comes my favorite part… back to work.

Back in the gym, back to the routine I love, and already working on the details I want to bring next season.

I have a clear vision for next year, so many new things coming, and way too much excitement to sit still 😂

I’m back. Stay close, this next chapter is going to be fun. 🤍

Expo day 2 ⭕️ because apparently I still have content to share 😂

This Olympia felt extra special. Vegas is home now, and this time we weren’t only here to watch. We were cheering for Zabe, our friend, teammate, and family, on that stage. 🥹🫶🏼

Since changing divisions, I’ve made so many new friendships. Seeing my Figure girls again felt so good, and the love from my new Wellness girls made this weekend even more special. What a freaking weekend!! 💗

This is the kind of week that gives you energy for the whole year.

Next year’s Olympia dates are already on the calendar. Let’s work. ⭕️

My 10th Olympia weekend. How is that even possible? 😂

Every year I come back and feel the same excitement. Seeing old friends, meeting new people, enjoying the energy, and this time, watching Zab experience her first Olympia.

So many memories here, and somehow every year gives me a new one.

Yesterday was a blur of hugs, quick conversations and good luck wishes before the stage. That’s Olympia week. Everyone is running, everyone is excited and the energy is everywhere. 🤍

Keone and Amanda, our Vegas family, I love you both so much. Ramon Dino, our Brazilian Classic Physique champion, and his wife Vit, who I met through Zab and who already has a place in my heart. Eduarda, our reigning Wellness Olympia champion.

And Rayane… girl, I have to give you your flowers. The physique, the confidence, the English, everything. You worked on every part of yourself this year and it shows. Respect. 👏🏼

This is my tenth year at the Olympia. 10. TEN. And it still feels special every single time.

Day 1 of Olympia week felt extra special. 🤍

The first time we came was in 2017. We only had enough money for one ticket, so Emerson watched the show and I couldn’t go.

Almost ten years later, I’ve stood on that stage myself, we live here in Vegas, and the world that once felt so far away has become part of my life.

Today I looked around at the people, the place, and everything that brought us here… and realized I’m already living a dream I once watched from the outside.

God is so good. ✨
