Thank you to 8 News Now for stopping by and for highlighting microschool magic, and our unique blend of individualized education and holistic learning. It’s our “whole child” approach and it’s what makes our school so different! 💜

We still have a few spots available for this school year, and we’d love to have your family join us! Give us a call to set up a tour, we can’t wait to meet you! 💜

A Las Vegas private microschool teaches students using non-traditional methods such as blending academics with yoga and meditation. Discover what this academy offers:

Come join us at our Open House on July 21st! We’d love to show you the difference a school like ours can make, and explain the education options we can provide for your family! 💜🌳

Please register at AumEvents.org so we can plan on how many families to expect. We hope to see you there! 🙌🏻

A little peek into life at our “zoo” lately! 💜

Papier-mâché giraffes, fluffy marshmallow ants, and even butterfly releases…though the butterflies apparently weren’t ready to leave us yet! 💜

Field Trip Follow Ups! 🚌

👁️ In January our Explorations and Foundations classes stepped into an optometrist’s office and became eye doctors for the day! They practiced exams, tested each other’s vision, and saw the world from a whole new perspective.

🌴 Then it was off to the beautiful Smith Center for the Performing Arts for a lively performance of Chicka Chicka Boom Boom - letters, laughter, and rhythm brought to life on stage! 🎭

🖼️ Last week all of our LVEA students visited the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art. They took the time to slow down and reflect, observe, discuss, and immerse themselves into the exhibits. We may even have some future artists in our midst! 🎨

This is microschool magic 💜

The School Choice Fair is amazing event that LVEA was able to participate in today! We loved being able to meet with so many families and community members, and showcase our school and just why school choice matters! If you skip to the 2 minute mark, you may even be able to see a little glimpse of our booth! 💜

Families across the Las Vegas Valley had the chance to explore dozens of education options all under one roof this weekend.

We’re looking back to December, and remembering just how much fun our students had! From Christmas Craft Day, to our Holly Jolly Holiday Shop, and even our Secret Santa student gift exchange - it was all a wonderful way to celebrate the holiday season! 🎄

We’re now looking forward to the new year, and to all the exciting things we have in store here at LVEA! 🪩💜

Oh my! LVEA students recently took a field trip to the Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum and spent the afternoon with lions, and dinosaurs, and sharks. There may even have been a mummy or two, and we even spotted a few “wild” animals of our own! 👀💜

Happy Halloween!! 🧡🖤🎃

Our LVEA students spent the afternoon with our friends at Lumina Las Vegas trick or treating and spending time with their wonderful residents! We absolutely love the partnership we have with them, and the joy it brings both the students and the residents is so heartwarming 🥹💜

Watch until the end to see what our founder dressed up as 😂

🍁🎃 We’ve had SO many amazing things happening at LVEA lately! From science experiments with fall leaves, a visit with our friends at our community partner Lumina, our annual Fall Carnival (complete with a raptor sighting!), and even a dreamy park day with our unofficial school mascot Honey 🐶 It’s definitely been a magical few weeks! ✨

Missed out on the magic? Come dream with us! 💜

October means that the temperatures in Las Vegas have FINALLY dropped, and that park days at LVEA are officially back! 👏

Our students spent the afternoon swinging, smiling, and soaking up every bit of sunshine. From spontaneous games to shared giggles under the trees, every moment was a reminder that learning and joy go hand in hand. Here’s to even more park days filled with laughter, friendship, and the simple magic of play! ✨💜
