How much of your life have you spent trying to become someone worthy of your own acceptance? 🙏

We filmed this practice with the Breathe and Flow team during our yearly team offsite in Seville, Spain, moving, breathing, reflecting, and practicing together 🌀

✨ The invitation is simple:

Keep growing without rejecting who you are today.

Have goals without attaching your value to reaching them.

Let practice reveal more of who you already are instead of constantly trying to construct someone better.

There will always be another version of you to chase. Another goal. Another place you think you need to reach.

Yoga has always been a practice of remembering.

Sometimes what we need to remember is that our worth was never waiting somewhere in the future.

Fresh balls just dropped 🧡

Big ball. Peanut ball. Tiny ball.

Different sizes for different spots, because your glutes, feet, shoulders, hips, and all those hard-to-reach places don’t always need the same approach.

These are the myofascial release tools we use to create pressure, explore the tissue, and give the body some attention where it’s holding unnecessary tension.

Simple tools. Very satisfying work.

And yes, there’s a ball for those tiny-ball needs too 🙌

You probably found your way here through a YouTube video, an online practice or something that spoke to you at exactly the right moment.
Something resonated. Something stayed with you. Now you are here, considering what it might feel like to take the next step 👣

Josh’s words are a beautiful reminder to pause and listen to that feeling. Ask yourself why you are here, what is calling you and what could happen if you chose to follow it.
Our London Immersion brings the Breathe and Flow Method into the room for two full days of movement, learning, challenge, play and genuine human connection 🤜🤛

You will meet people who arrived by following that same sense of curiosity. You will practice together, support one another and share the kind of magic that can only happen when people come together in person with open minds and hearts.

Our London Immersion takes place on October 3 and 4, and only a couple of places remain.
If you feel the call, it is time to answer it.

Comment LONDON and we’ll send you the complete weekend program and booking details.

Thank you, Josh, for these kind and beautiful words. We are beyond grateful to have you in our Wolfpack and to have shared this magic with you in person 🙏🐺

A well-built yoga sequence can feel natural and effortless, but there is intention behind every choice 💛

Each movement can prepare the body for what follows, introduce a relationship or develop an idea that eventually comes together as an integrated practice ✨

🇬🇧 During our London Immersion, we will take you behind the practice and explore how the Breathe and Flow Method brings yoga, functional movement, strength, mobility and an understanding of the body into one clear framework.

You will experience the practice first, then unpack its structure so you can better understand what you are feeling, recognize the purpose behind each movement and make more informed choices for your own body 🙌

This weekend is for anyone who wants to explore their body and practice more deeply, including yoga and movement practitioners, teachers, trainers, bodyworkers and athletes 💫

🙌 You do not need to teach yoga or have an advanced physical practice. Some existing yoga or movement experience is recommended, along with being comfortable participating in longer practices.

If you do teach, you will also explore how this understanding can support classes with greater purpose, functionality, safety and fluidity 🧘

Join us in London on October 3 and 4. Only ONE spot remains 🙏

“Why wait? Just get on with it.”

Mike shared these words after spending time with us at one of our live events, and they capture so much of what these experiences are all about ✨

A genuine sense of belonging. Thoughtful teaching. Meaningful challenge. Deep practice. The opportunity to learn, explore and discover what you are capable of, while feeling supported throughout the experience 🙏

Every Breathe and Flow live event is created with care and intention. It is about bringing people together, sharing what we love and creating a space where everyone can move, learn and feel part of something.

🇬🇧 London is your next opportunity to experience it.

Only a couple of places remain for our London Immersion on October 3 and 4.

If you have been considering joining us, this is your invitation to stop waiting.

🙌 Comment LONDON and we’ll send you all the information.

And a massive thank you to Mike for these kind, kind, KIND words. We feel incredibly grateful to have shared this experience with you 🙏🐺

Three simple moves. One little training buddy. A whole lot of real life in between 🤍

Try 1 minute of each:
60s Squats
60s RDLs
60s Bridge Lifts

Some days you’ll feel strong. Some days you’ll feel tired. Some days your toddler will climb on you halfway through and the whole thing will turn into play.
It all counts. For a lot of mothers, finding your way back to strength is not a six-week transformation. It can take months. It can take years.

It changes with sleep, hormones, stress, babies, work, energy, and everything else life is asking from you. So go slowly.

Let your body rebuild trust.
Let strength come back in layers.
Let movement feel like something that supports you instead of another thing to keep up with.

You do not need to rush your way back to yourself. Keep showing up with kindness, and let the little moments add up 📈

Your body is a record of what you repeatedly expose it to 💫

How you sit.
How you move.
How you breathe.
How you train.
How you recover.

🌱 Your practice is an environment too.

And when you intentionally change that environment, you begin changing what your body adapts to and what you become capable of ✨

This will be one of the core themes of our two-day Breathe & Flow London Immersion.

We’ll practice the Breathe & Flow Method together and explore integrated practice through movement, anatomy, fascia, myofascial release, breath, awareness, and the way the whole body organizes itself 🌀

There are only 2 spots left 🙌

Your body is always communicating through sensation. Learning to listen begins with noticing its patterns and becoming curious about what they might be telling you.

Sometimes tension appears somewhere different from where a movement pattern began. An old foot injury, a tight hip or restriction across the opposite shoulder may be related. The aim is not to diagnose yourself, but to explore how your whole body responds and adapts.

Your body works as a connected whole. Fascia, breath, pressure and force help link different regions, so what you feel in one place may relate to how you move, support yourself or breathe somewhere else.

During this two-day London yoga immersion, you will experience these relationships through extended guided practices before exploring the anatomy behind what you felt.
Through integrated anatomy, fascia, the Anatomy Trains lens, movement chains, breath and force transmission, we will look at how different areas of the body communicate and work together.

The purpose is practical. You will begin recognizing your own movement patterns, making more informed choices and building a yoga practice that better supports your individual body.
Put language to what your body already knows.

Join Bre and Flo in London on October 3 and 4 for two full days of movement, exploration and learning. You do not need to be a yoga teacher or have an advanced physical practice. Come with some movement experience, an open mind and a willingness to explore.

✨ You can practice for years and still feel stuck.

You take a class here. Try a new method there. Save another breathing technique. Learn another interesting concept 💫

🙏 You’re practicing, but everything lives in separate pieces.

And when nothing connects, it becomes difficult for the practice to actually land.

🐺 The Wolfpack Path was created to give those pieces a structure.

Movement. Breathwork. Meditation. Journaling. Self-reflection. Awareness 🙌

All connected to the place where practice actually matters: your everyday life.

How you respond under pressure.
How you handle responsibility.
How you relate to yourself and others.
How you keep showing up when life gets full.

Because many people don’t need more information. They need orientation. A stable reference point that helps practice become something they can actually live 🌱

The Wolfpack Path isn’t something you race through and finish.

You show up for it. You practice it.

🌀 And gradually, it becomes part of how you live.
