From TISOH student to EVENTEX Award-winning Executive Event Producer, Creative Director, and co-owner of Base of Operations: Hope Bouck is showing just how far a passion for events can take you.

Based in Las Vegas, Hope has spent more than a decade producing high-profile corporate events, live productions, and large-scale food and music festivals. As co-owner of Base of Operations, she brings together creative vision, strategic thinking, and meticulous ex*****on to create immersive, high-impact experiences.

Her journey is a great reminder that careers in the event industry don’t always follow a straight path, and that every experience can become part of your toolkit.

Hope’s advice to students entering the industry:

“Learn as much as you possibly can about what all goes into every aspect of creating an event. Don't just take the jobs or the internships that interest you. Be as hands-on as possible because that's when you really learn and see all the pieces and skill sets you need to produce a successful show, event, wedding, etc.”

Hope’s career has taken unexpected turns, but each one has helped shape the producer and creative leader she is today. Her advice? Stay curious. Get hands-on. Keep learning. And never give up on the career you truly want.

Every sheet of paper makes a difference.

This summer, TISOH Cares is partnering with Innovations International Charter School (IICSN) to support local students and teachers through our Paper Drive.

Copy paper is one of the most requested classroom supplies, and your donation helps ensure educators have the resources they need to create meaningful learning experiences every day.

Donations are being accepted through August 17th.

How you can help:
📦 Drop off reams of copy paper at TISOH. We are open Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 7:00pm.

💙 Can't make it in? Monetary donations are also welcome through Venmo, and every contribution will go toward purchasing paper for the IICSN.
