Really fun night here at 4D.

For this month Tuesday and Wednesday nights 7 pm will be advanced leg entanglements. After a few weeks we will switch back to judo and wrestling 😊

We have kids classes everyday! Come be apart of the fun 😁 Monday & Wednesday ages 3-5, Tuesday & Thursday ages 6 and up. Friday kids comp team. Saturday kids athletics & jiujitsu. DM or email for more info!

Thank you to everyone that participated!! These are super fun for us and we love seeing people get after it in the gym. Congratulations to Alex and our other athletes that podiumed. The first place was awarded with an origami turtle 🐢 stayed to for more of these situation tournaments!

This weekend we are doing an in house situational tournament from turtle. Email or dm to get your name on the bracket. We will have brackets for men & women & we have special prizes for the winners :) Let’s have some fun!
