In June, Miracle Flights served nearly 200 individuals, an increase from the 158 individuals served in May:

When we talk about transformation at Miracle Flights, we don't mean a new slogan or a single initiative. We mean dozens of intentional decisions happening behind the scenes every day to build a stronger organization.

That includes strengthening our governance, investing in responsible financial stewardship, and building partnerships that help ensure every donor dollar is managed with care and positioned to create lasting impact.

This morning, our Chief of Philanthropy and Chief of Impact met with our investment partners at Northern Trust to discuss strategies that support our long-term financial health and our mission.

Because we understand that transformation isn't measured by what we say, but by the decisions we make and the trust we earn.

As Miracle Flights continues to grow, we're building the leadership and expertise needed to increase our impact, deepen strategic partnerships, and connect more families with the specialized medical care they need.

Please join us in welcoming Stephanie Ceccarelli as our new Chief of Impact and Emily Hancock, CFRE, as our new Chief of Philanthropy.

Stephanie brings more than 16 years of experience spanning agency, media, corporate, and nonprofit communications. She will lead Miracle Flights' communications, media and talent relations, brand strategy, digital engagement, and community outreach efforts, helping increase awareness of our mission and strengthen connections with families, healthcare partners, and supporters nationwide.

Emily brings more than 13 years of experience in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership. She will lead our fundraising strategy, cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, corporations, and foundations to help ensure more families can access the life-changing medical care they need.

Together, their leadership marks an important milestone in Miracle Flights' continued evolution, positioning the organization to elevate its national presence, cultivate strategic partnerships, and advance our mission of ensuring no child is denied life-changing medical care because of distance or financial hardship.
