Last Thursday, members of the UNLV Real Estate & Business Society had the opportunity to go behind the scenes of the Las Vegas Grand Prix Paddock at Grand Prix Plaza 🏎️🏁

This 300,000 square foot, LEED Silver-certified facility is one of the most ambitious real estate developments on the Las Vegas Strip—and we got to experience it from a completely different perspective! 🌆🔥

From walking through both empty and fully operational floors to seeing how the space transforms during race season and off-season, this tour highlighted the intersection of commercial real estate, large-scale operations, and global entertainment 🌍🎟️

We also had the chance to step onto the starting grid and finish line—bringing the full Formula 1 experience to life 🏙️❤️

Experiences like this go beyond the classroom and show what’s possible in the world of real estate 🏢💡
