“I am deeply grateful for your support. Through my training in the clinical psychology Ph.D. program at UNLV, I am developing the skills necessary to make a meaningful impact in this field. Your generosity has been incredibly helpful for me in pursuing this important work and developing my research and clinical skills as a clinical psychologist who serves LGBTQ+ individuals.”

“UNLV has made my dream of becoming a physician a reality. As an immigrant who now calls Las Vegas home, I’m grateful for the opportunity to train here for four years, and eventually serve Southern Nevada. Over the past year, I’ve thrived thanks to UNLV’s incredible resources: a virtual anatomy lab, hands-on cadaver training, and brilliant professors who challenge and inspire me. This scholarship doesn’t just ease debt. It empowers me to become the kind of doctor Southern Nevada deserves, one who can focus wholly on patients, not personal financial strain.”

Last month, we toured the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine, getting an up-close look at the cutting-edge technology and spaces that medical students use to enhance their skills.
🩻 The virtual anatomy lab allows students to see the human body from macro- to micro-dissection, while the prosection lab supports advanced cadaver dissection and anatomical learning.
🥼 The simulation center gives students the opportunity to experience real-world scenarios while treating high-tech manikins in clinical and operating room settings.
🩺 The standardized patient program strengthens the future physicians' medical exam experience and bedside manner.

More than 40% of the class of 2026 matched into in-state residency programs.
This summer, the school will welcome its 10th cohort of medical students.
The school's faculty, residents, fellows, and students treat more than 10,000 a month.
