Cody pours his heart into this program and into every athlete in it. From early mornings to long haul weekends, countless hours behind the scenes, analyzing videos, talking through game plans and a whole lot of belief in this team — he is constantly thinking of ways to make this program better for our athletes.

Thank you for the example you set and the time you pour into this team day in and day out.

🎄 A Rebel Rodeo Christmas 🎄

December in Vegas, cool air, bright lights,
Dust on our boots and long arena nights.
Finals are finally done, but the practice pen calls,
Rebels keep moving even after winter falls.

Breakaway and team roping, calves in the pen,
Barrels by the fence — “one more run” again.
Sun dips low, arena lights come on,
We’re still chasing goals long after it’s gone.

It’s a Rebel Rodeo Christmas red and black through and through, Sunsets in the arena, plenty of work left to do.
NFR nights in Vegas, then back to the pen,
Oh and somehow we’re fundraising… again.

Snack sales, raffles — all a part of the plan,
Rebel Rodeo Foundation doing what it can.
Every dollar raised goes right where it should be,
Supporting our athletes and their opportunities.

Maybe we’ll sneak away to Wickenburg, we’ll see,
But for now it’s a Rebel Rodeo Christmas with UNLV merch and a fast back rope on the tree.
