🤩MINI CHAMPIONS - Parent & Me (2 & 3 y/o)🤩
This class was designed focused on the psychomotor development of toddlers through foundational exercises. Our Mini Champions will explore and improve their agility, balance, coordination, strength, and endurance in preparation for future martial arts training.
