Riley B. King, better known as B.B. King,(1925-2005) was an American guitarist, songwriter, and singer. Born on a cotton plantation in Mississippi, he worked at a cotton gin at one point in his life. King was attracted to music from an early age. His humble beginnings were associated with the church, where he sang in a choir. The story has it that a minister taught him his first three chords.

During a show in Twist, Arkansas, a brawl broke out between two men and caused a fire. King evacuated with everyone but decided to go back into burning building in order to retrieve his guitar. He said that later he found out that the two men were fighting over a woman named Lucile. He named the guitar Lucile, as a reminder not to fight over women or run into burning buildings.

King was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1987 and is considered as one of the most influential blues musicians of all time, justifying the nickname ‘The King of Blues.’ An avid performer, he would manage 200 concerts a year well into his 70s. B.B. King released over fifty albums in his lifetime. @ Las Vegas, Nevada

Michael Steven Buble is a Canadian singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor. Born in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, he belongs to a long list of celebrities, such as Ryan Reynolds, Alexander Ludwig, Grimes, Seth Rogen, Kristin Kreuk, among others. Buble is an avid hockey fan, supporting his hometown Vancouver Canucks from an early age, while also being co-owner of Vancouver Giants.

Besides hockey, Buble disocered a passion for music at an early age. Accordiong to an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2009, Buble dreamt of being a singer since he was 2 years old. His gradfather played a big role in Buble’s musical development. Besides paying for his singing lessons, his grandfather had a refined taste and introduced Buble to jazz music. He recounts that his forst enoucter with Mills Brothers was something magical. As a child entertainer he went under a name Mickey Bubbles.

Buble’s first album was self-titled, Michael Buble, was released in 2003 by 143 Records/Reprise Records. Most of the tracks on his 4th studio album Crazy Love were recorded live because Buble did not want his album to sound overproduced and slick. Buble currently has 10 studio albums, with the latest album, titled ❤️released in 2018.
