Who is Educator Dynamics? Let’s reintroduce ourselves! 🥳

Our CEO and Founder, Sandi Herrera, set out a vision to help schools transform their culture. This creates a ripple effect by creating a positive and cohesive culture within the administration team that will transfer to teachers and students. 🧑‍🎓

How can we help you or your school?
👉Empower educators to become edupreneurs (an educator that is empowered to control their destiny and amplify their world value)
👉Help administration teams communicate effectively and create solution-focused cultures
👉We offer courses, culture chats, quizzes, and more to help you and your school transform your culture (we even host a podcast spotlighting trusted educators)

So how do we define, measure and hold others accountable for what matters most?

In its simplest form we can apply this wisdom to our daily lives at work or home. Join us: Thursday, Sept 1st as we discuss Measuring What Matters and how to set your objective and create the timeline and tools needed to achieve it!
