EVEN WHEN YOU CAN RELAX, still make it count! Doing something you find relaxing and self-indulgent can relieve stress, refresh your mind and body, and even clear your mind to promote better focus and creativity. In fact, the more responsibilities you have to juggle, the more crucial it is to make "me time" a priority.

This is also true for children, particularly the overachievers and those dealing with family drama.

1. Catch up on sleep.
2. Make a healthy protein smoothie or juicer mixture.
3. Work on your hobby projects.
4. Research a question you have.
5. Read a good blog.
6. Read a chapter from a Personal Development book.

8. Create and plan some new goals.
9. Spend QUALITY TIME with your children.

I finally brainstormed a good plot idea for my first children's book!!

I ran my storyline idea by Jeffrey S Trosin (my boyfriend and new author) and his mother, and they both like it! The themes of all my upcoming children's books will have a social skills theme, written to show the powerful emotions that children struggle with, and which we adults often don't acknowledge.
