π± Strengthening Nevadaβs Behavioral Health Crisis Response
A stronger crisis response system starts with a strong, supported behavioral health workforce. π
Weβre excited to see the Nevada 988 Coalition continuing to build valuable resources for professionals, partners, and communities across our state.
Their new Behavioral Health Crisis Workforce resource brings together information on workforce development, training opportunities, licensing and certification, and other tools to help strengthen Nevadaβs crisis response workforceβincluding resources from BeHERE NV. π€
The Coalition has also created a Someone to Contact resource, connecting Nevadans with 988 and other behavioral health support lines available throughout the state.

π Congratulations to an Extraordinary Educator! π
BeHERE NV is proud to congratulate Roni Green, Career and Technical Education Teacher at Edward C Reed High School C. Reed High School, on being named the recipient of the Nevada Association of Career & Technical Educators' (NV ACTE) Community Service award. π
For nearly two decades, Roni Green has inspired students to discover their strengths, explore meaningful career pathways, and make a lasting impact through service and leadership. From operating a weekly school food pantry to organizing community events and charitable giving initiatives, her students learn that education extends far beyond the classroom.
She also launched the First High School NAMI on Campus and with her students organized a NAMI walk. Educators like Roni are critical to expanding Nevada's behavioral health workforce.
Educators like Roni play a vital role in shaping Nevada's future workforce by empowering young people to lead with compassion, purpose, and a commitment to their communities.
Congratulations, Roni, on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for making a difference in the lives of so many students! π
