Come discover more about child development as your child learns language!

The UNLV Language Development Lab is conducting research studies, studying language and cognition in infant and child development. We are looking for new participants, aged 5-15 months, to join in contributing to science!

Studies typically take less than 30 minutes. During infant studies, we will videotape your baby as he/she sits on your lab and watch videos with different types of music or language sounds. We have your child play a listening or computer game with us! We are looking for typically developing children with no history of neurological or mental health disorders, developmental delays or hearing impairments. Participants will receive monetary compensation or gift and parking will be reimbursed. In addition to the reimbursement, our infant and child scientists go home with a mock diploma in our "graduation" program!

If you are interested or know anyone who would be interested, you can reach us through our email: [email protected]
