FLAG FOOTBALL TRYOUTS CANCELLED 🏈🌧️

Due to the inclement weather and rain, all Mater Academy Bonanza Flag Football tryouts scheduled for today have been cancelled.

The safety of our student-athletes is our priority. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s understanding.

📅 Tryouts WILL be rescheduled!

AFTERNOON DISMISSAL REMINDER💙🚗

Broncos Families, please review our Afternoon Dismissal & Car Loop Procedures to help us keep dismissal safe, organized, and moving efficiently each day.

⏰ Gate Opens: 1:45 PM
🔔 Student Dismissal Begins: 2:30 PM
📱 Use the Silent Dismissal app and push the “Dismiss Student” button when you arrive.

🚙 Important Reminders:
• Stay in your vehicle at all times.
• Pull all the way forward—even if you see your student.
• Stay in your lane and avoid sudden stops.
• Follow all staff directions.
• Siblings will meet on the field.
• Once your student is safely in your vehicle, give staff a 👍 to let us know you are ready to go.

Please review the map for the entrance, loading zone, waiting zone, and exit.

🚨 IMPORTANT TRYOUT REMINDER
Tryouts are CLOSED to parents and spectators. Parents/guardians will not be permitted to remain and watch during tryouts. This allows our coaching staff to provide a focused and fair evaluation environment for every student-athlete.

Please plan to drop off and return for pickup at 4:30 PM.
