Leasing Consultant:
Leasing consultants are responsible for completing the day-to-day leasing and marketing operations of the property while maintaining positive resident relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Leasing
-Marketing
-Resident Experience
-Reporting and Admin

Skills/Experience:
-Minimum: (1) year customer service and/or sales experience; Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve escalated customer concerns; Understanding of Fair Housing
-Preferred: Property Management leasing experience

Education:
-Minimum: High school diploma, some college
-Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
