2 weeks without a washer...let the laundry marathon begin💪🏽🥂🌲🚿

A couple months ago we were brought on to assist and support an event at Mandalay Bay.
No joke...this bundle looks close to what we faced when we walked onsite, only worse.

Imagine every single cable, Power cons, NL4s, XLRs, 1/4" to...IN KNOTS and on the floor.
Video wall, speakers, FOH, Lighting cables.....
COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and I was so embarrassed to be a part of that "persons" event.
I never posted because I had nothing to show, nor did I want to show. I never took pictures because it was so bad I didn't want that mess on my picture roll.

Needless to say, they got fired and we got hired. 🙏🏽

This journey from 55 to here was tough, but IM TOUGHER!

My biggest hurdle post chemo was climbing down and then back up from this magnificent mountain, I cannot recall the name of this beach in Portugal but this climb was almost equivalent to pushing myself through chemo.

I knew I could get down and I never thought about HOW I was getting back up. My legs were mush and I had to slide on my ass a lot of the way down. All I knew was that my body HAD to recover enough to get back up that mountain. I sat, I ate, I drank to replenish my body.

By the Grace of God, my daughter and her friend Stephanie, they led my slow crawl up the mountain. And when I say I crawled, I did.

I am here. I am alive. I am healing. I AM A SURVIVOR!

The items from my Farm Fresh to You box were delivered this morning and this is the result.

Beef stew with organic grass fed chuck roast. The carrots, potatoes, onion and garlic were used for dinner.

The greens, celery, cucumber, ginger, lemon, carrots, apple and pear were used in the green juice we will have for 48 hours.

Snacks are apples and pears with almond butter.

Thank God for Instapot. At least I wont have to think about what to eat as this weather changes to cold.

It think I'm going to enjoy this new FARM FRESH TO YOU delivery. I know what I eat is as clean as it can be before it gets to me.
