*SB174 HEARING UPDATE!!* -- We wanted to let you know that SB174 was removed from tomorrow afternoon's hearing and a new date will be set soon! But don't worry--this is all with good intentions, as we are working on revising the language so all parties are in agreement. (The less opposition, the better!) This is definitely a step in the right direction and hopefully getting us a little bit closer to passing SB174! 🙂

**Legislation Update!! - WE NEED YOUR HELP!!**

I am very excited to share that Bill Draft 34-53 has officially become Nevada Senate Bill 174!

SB174 would allow outside professionals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in schools across the state, but more specifically CCSD. Currently, Clark County School District has a policy that expressly denies these services by non-district employees. LLT celebrated the spooky season with a Spirit Week and Trunk-or-Treat (indoor edition!)
