Today was packed with energy, dynamic collaboration, and inspiring conversations centered on scaling research growth, inclusive mentorship, and driving student success across Nevada.

Huge thanks to the facilitators from the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) and all the research faculty, graduate students, and administrators across NSHE who came together to share effective practices and build sustainable frameworks for mentoring excellence. Looking forward to Day 2! 🚀

Understanding how soil changes after a wildfire is critical for predicting flooding, debris flows, and chemical runoff.
