日本語と日本文化のクラブ(Japanese Language and Culture Club) will have its first official meeting on Tuesday, September 10th, 2019. Otherwise, the club meets weekly on Tuesdays.

いつ(When?): 毎週火曜日(Every Tuesday)
時間(Time?): 午後 5時半-7時半 (5:30pm-7:30pm or 17:30-19:30)

Hello Everyone!

The long awaiting JLCC (日本語と日本文化のクラブ), will be starting next week! I hope everyone is as excited as we are! We have a lot of fun activities planned !

Our first official club meeting will be Tuesday (火曜日), February (２月) 5th (５日) at 5pm-7pm (1700-1900). "Where will it be??", you might ask? It will be in the WRI Building C Room 301.

We hope to see everyone there! JLCC meets every week at the same time and place.

When? (いつ) : Every Tuesday (火曜日)
Where? (どこ) : WRI Building C Room 301
Time? (何時) : 5pm-7pm (1700-1900)

We encourage everyone to come out and bring your friends if possible!

I know some of you signed up at the Involvement Fair and some of you didn't but that's totally fine! I have great news to share with you all, we finally got our room!

Hooray!~~ 🎉🎈

Our first official club meeting is tomorrow (9/11) from 5pm-7pm (1700-1900) in the WRI building C in room 239.

We meet every Tuesday (火曜日) so if you can't make it tomorrow, feel free to stop in next tuesday!

My name is Cat.
It's a pleasure to meet you all!

School is coming up soon and I wanted to clarify some things.
From now on Japanese Club will be held every Tuesday.
Club room will vary since we have to wait for the school to give us a room. Club time will be 5-7pm just because we usually cover a lot in club! 1 hour doesn't allow us to cover everything. No one is being forced to stay of course, so you can leave when you need to! : )
Our first official club meeting will be sometime in September so make sure to check in for more info!

Thank you so much for joining club and I look forward to seeing you all once club officially starts! For those who are new, we will be at the involvement fair in the SU on September 5th so stop by our booth!!

Hello everyone!

So we have been notified when we will hold japanese club this semester and this semester we are gonna do something different so bare with us. Club will run about 2 hours long because we want to incorporate the language part in the second half of club. Don't worry! You don't have to stay for the whole two hours if you need to leave!

With that being said we are trying another new thing. We are also going to have a senpai and kohai system.(せんぱい と こはい) It will be further explained in club on the first meeting.

So now i will tell you all when club meetings are.

All those affected by the mass shooting last night, we give you our condolences. We hope you are all doing well. For those who need counseling, UNLV does have student counseling (Call 702 895 3627 for more info) or if you want to call the red cross hotline (Call 1 866 535 5654 ).

We will still have club today, just as a relief for those who may need to cheer up today. If you don't show up to club it's totally understandable so don't feel bad at all. Take care everyone 💕
