The Department of Communication Studies at University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites candidates for a senior hire at the level of Associate or Professor in Rhetorical Studies to begin August 2022. We seek an established rhetoric scholar with expertise in one or more of the following areas: digital, science and technology, and/or environmental/resilience communication. We're looking for a scholar whose research has practical, pragmatic, and problem-solving applications. Successful applicants will teach upper-division undergraduate and graduate courses in their area of expertise and maintain an active research program.
