For February’s First Friday, we celebrated Tu B’Shevat! 🌳🌿

The children had a wonderful time participating in a variety of hands-on activities. They enjoyed an outdoor scavenger hunt, created pinecone bird feeders using sun butter and birdseed, played “Pin the Leaf on the Tree,” decorated trees with a variety of materials, and built their own trees using green and brown play-dough. At the snack table, the children enjoyed fresh oranges to complete our celebration.

Happy Birthday, Joey! We hope you had a wonderful birthday. Thank you for all you do to maintain our school—we truly appreciate you. 🥳

A heartfelt thank you to the Amadi family for providing a beautiful holiday spread to our ECC staff this morning! Our hearts and belly are full!

This First Friday children created their own menorahs, built clay snowmen, and explored winter play stations-from rolling pretend snowballs down our snowy ramp to building icy structure for polar animals! Thank you to all who joined in the winter fun!

What an incredible way to start our week! The PTO surprised our staff with a gorgeous breakfast overflowing with delicious treats and orange juice. Their generosity truly lifted our spirits and made each of us feel appreciated. Thank you to the PTO for your kindness and thoughtfulness!

🐝🍯We kicked off this month with our First Friday event on Friday, September, 5th! 🐝🍯

To celebrate the upcoming Rosh Hashanah holiday we had a local honey vendor join us and share her knowledge of bees, beehives and honey! Families enjoyed various bee related arts & crafts, honeycomb exploring and even taking home honey sweet treats! Shana Tovah! 🍎🍯
