No Jammin' With JOI at Lucino's Pizza today - Saturday, Aug 8. The good news is that real progress has been made on the renovation, and we are hoping to be back Jammin' at Lucino's on August 22nd.

Lucino's Pizza is still mid-renovation so we're taking another week off from our Saturday session there. But we'll be back at that table as soon as the dust settles and honestly, we cannot wait.

In the meantime, do yourself a favor and go get some pizza. Lucino's kitchen is wide open during the renovation and they are serving up some of the best pizza in Las Vegas while they make their space even better. Go show them some love. They have been an incredible partner to JOI and the community and they deserve a full house.

IMPORTANT SCHEDULING UPDATE:::

A quick note that we were informed that due to unavoidable contractor delays in the current renovations being done at Lucino's Pizza, we unfortunately again have to cancel this Saturday evening's "Jammin with JOI" Jam Session. The Scolaro family and JOI know how much people love and value this weekly hang, but with all the construction supplies and hardware positioned in the restaurant, there just isn't adequate room for us until the job is completed.

We hope this work can be completed in a week or so. We will provide more regular updates if you'll ensure you're checking our Facebook and Instagram pages () and we will ensure that once we're given the green light, you're made aware so we can resume the fun.

In the meantime, these delays and our reduced presence on Saturdays is proving very costly to this small family business and we encourage you to do what you can to support Lucino's Pizza either through dine-in, delivery service, or carry out. This Saturday's Jammin' With JOI session at Lucino's Pizza is on pause as the venue is still under construction and not quite ready for the hang.
We'll keep you posted on the return date as soon as Lucino's gets the doors open. In the meantime, don't forget that Jammin' With JOI is still swinging at two other locations every week this summer — free, welcoming, and open to all students.

Jammin' With JOI FREE Weekly Summer Youth Jazz Camp - College of Southern NV E Cheyenne Campus | Jazz Outreach Init Students of all abilities from middle through high school are joined by JOI's professional jazz mentors to study jazz language and play with them and other students from across Southern Nevada in a fun, relaxed, and supportive atmosphere.

CANCELLED TONIGHT 7/11:
Lucino's Pizza informed us we’ll need to CANCEL tonight’s "Jammin' with JOI" jam session because there’s some work being done tonight in the restaurant. We WILL be back on next Saturday July 18 as scheduled, 6-8pm.
