We are excited to welcome family and friends of the to our Graduation Ceremony this evening. Here's what you need to know:

- The event is held at LVHS on Frank Nails Field, scheduled to start at 7:30
- Tickets are required for entry (6 per senior)
- LVHS grad tickets ONLY; no CCSD-grad tickets will be accepted.
- There is a live stream of graduation; head to lvwildcats.com for the information (LINK IN BIO!)
- Check which side your seats are for, home or visitor
- Parking opens at 6:00 PM
- There is a parking shuttle bus running between LVHS and Harney MS
- CLEAR BAG ONLY policy in effect; anything else, please leave them at home or in your vehicle. CLEAR BAGS ONLY.
- Following the ceremony, please do not rush the field; families are not permitted onto the turf.

Please be patient and kind to our staff who are volunteering their time to help make this graduation ceremony a special memory for you and your family!

Congratulations to Michael for qualifying for the 4A State Championship for the 100 freestyle! Vegas is proud of you!

Last week was and we are super thankful to Dearfoams for donating shoes to our teachers who also got some extra swag. Teachers are the beating heart of education and our heart is so full of love for teachers who show up everyday for our students!

Thank you again to our teachers for what you do and to Dearfoams. We love the kindness.

Eastsiders Giving Back, is hosting their third annual car show at the Hollywood Recreation Center on Saturday, May 16. Our very own LVHS StuCo will be there along with our legendary Mariachi Joya!

Our LVHS Speech & Debate CHAMPIONS are representing Las Vegas High School at the National Individual Events Tournament of Champions May 7-19 in Shakopee, MN. Daniele wil be competing in Program Oral Interp and Harper is competing in Original Oratory. They have worked hard to qualify for this tournament. We know that they are going to do AMAZING in Minnesota! Lets Go, Wildcats!!

FINAL EXAM WEEK EXPECTATIONS

Wildcats, final exams are quickly approaching. It's important to know that you will NOT be allowed to bring your bag with you to campus on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of Final exam week, May 20, 21, and 22. Please bring your Chromebook and charger by hand these three days. Any bags brought to campus will be held in the office, unavailable for pick up until the end of exams on Friday, May 22.

Wildcats, los exámenes finales se acercan rápidamente. Es importante que sepan que NO podrán traer sus mochilas al campus los días miércoles, jueves y viernes de la semana de exámenes finales, es decir, los días 20, 21 y 22 de mayo. Por favor, traigan su Chromebook y su cargador en la mano durante esos tres días. Las mochilas que se traigan al campus se guardarán en la oficina y no podrán recogerse hasta que terminen los exámenes el viernes 22 de mayo.

The Southern Nevada Health District is offering free routine immunizations at Mack Middle and Las Vegas High Schools in the coming weeks.

May 19 at Mack and June 16 at Vegas. The first 40 students each day can get their immunizations.
