Not only do they never have to sit with you, they never have to even sit!

👩‍👦Everything you and your child do with us in class is designed to support your child's budding development! 👋We include small motor activities (like fingerplay with the Eensy Weensy Spider), 🕺gross motor activities (like dancing together or making a train around the classroom), and🥁instrument play that includes crossing the midline.

🎶All of these activities support their developing coordination and motor skills - and they're so much fun, too! And because they're kids - they're free to move around the room if they'd like to - we promise they're still listening and learning even if they're not in the circle!

Which class is right for your family?

It's the hallmark of our program - 🎶Mixed Age🎶 family music class!

✨Music Together was the first early childhood music program to offer music classes for mixed ages. Child development researchers have known for a long time that the natural, family-style environment of mixed-age classes is the best way for young children to learn. In our experience, it works!

Have a baby under 9 months? We have a Babies Only class just for you!

👀Studies have shown (and we see it in class every day!) that even the youngest babies can respond to changes in tempo, distinguish differences in volume and melody, and sense when a song is about to end. It’s in these instances that we can see with our very own eyes our children’s ability to hear and respond to music - even when they’re just a few days old. In this slower paced class, you'll learn how to identify and nurture musical behaviors with your baby while strengthening your bond and meeting other parents with babies.

And for our Mixed-Age graduates...Rhythm Kids is their next step!

🥁🥁Rhythm Kids® is a high-energy, drum-playing, dancing, singing, game-playing class geared specifically for big kids over 4.

Rhythm Kids helps children develop the facility, repertoire, mastery, and creativity to be confident music students and music-makers throughout their lives. Plus, kids gain valuable skills they’ll take with them to the elementary school classroom (and beyond!). The music and movement activities support growth in several key developmental areas and naturally motivate kids to focus and engage.
