Some of you know this and some don’t !!
I always made a commitment to my team and a promise to God that everyone I take to the stage will be at there absolute best! And i feel i have done that. I stepped away for 2 years to revamp, readjust and add value to my self so I can add value to others.
Not everyone is for me and I’m not for anyone and that’s the silver lining, I have no desire to.
If you have been coached by me before for a show, you know we show up ready!! I am not anneasy Coach but i trust myself in leading a winning teamm !!
On my last show we will be doing a photo shoot that will be made into a calendar and I will be taking a small amount of people for my one last hurrah 🎉

The requirements are
1. You need to be financially in a place to do this
2. You have a mindset of “I can”
3. You are willing to live a very structured, distracted free life.
4. We need to be a fit.
5. You need to be a team player and support your team.
6. This is online clients only ( out of state may dondrop ins to access plans)
7. Must have knowledge and experience in the gym!
8. Must be willing to learn n and grow .
9. Must be able to follow a plan and direction independently .
Each consultation/interview will cost $100 however if we are a fit that gets applied to your plan. If we are not a fit I’ll give you a direction and we both part ways to hard feelings.
This could be a life changing experience and no one has ever regret it!!
The only way over is THROUGH!! Let’s GO!!!
