🙆♀️😲Looking for a video to post today … I totally stopped scrolling when this video came up.
This was back in April while we were rehearsing for the Little Bird dance routine for our Hard Rock performance.
As I watched it again, it wasn’t the choreography that got me.
It was the beautiful DreamBird faces.
The smiles. The freedom. The confidence. ✨
Every one of these women have a different story.
I know what many of them have been through, and I know how much courage it took to walk through those studio doors. 💔
The “Little Bird” song and dance routine is deeply personal to me. 🕊️
It’s about breaking free—free from the relationships, the fear, the self-doubt, the stories we’ve told ourselves for years that we’re not good enough, not strong enough, or that it’s simply too late.
Watching this reminded me that DreamBird isn’t just about dancing.
It’s about remembering who you are.
It’s about finding the version of yourself that’s been waiting underneath all the fear and finally letting her come alive again. 💃🏾
