Just for fun. Quarantine is killing me.

If I get enough pups from the girls this spring and summer I am not opposed to selling them, but this is more for educational purposes and helping folks out who want to get started.

Two years ago my brother came and smoked some meat on the smoker. He made this hickory juice mix and put it in a spray bottle.

Fast forward a few weeks and I'm out misting some cactus seedlings. They started dripping with this red hickory juice and I was like "OMG WHY ARE THEY BLEEDING? WTF IS HAPPENING!"

My point is, when you're looking online at all these perfect succulents and cacti, just remember no one is perfect. 🤣🤣

Picture is of this year's seedlings, sowing today.

I hand pollinated this when she bloomed a few weeks ago. I didn't know if it would work or not but today I noticed a seed pod! Should be ripe in a week or so and turn yellow. I'm going to try to harvest the seeds. Should be a LOT in there!

Trichocereus grandiflorus hybrid “Torch Cactus”.
