I love AI. That’s exactly why I’m critical of how it was rolled out.
For years, workers were told:
“Adapt faster.”
“Learn to prompt.”
“Don’t get left behind.”
“AI could replace you.”
But a lot of organizations skipped the step that should have come first:
Do we actually need this here—and what problem are we trying to solve?
I’ve been working with these tools from the beginning.
Learning them. Teaching them. Training people on them. Using them in my own business. Watching them fail. Watching them improve.
And the biggest lesson I’ve learned is simple:
You don’t create successful AI adoption by scaring people. You create it by helping people succeed.
Start with the problem.
Make sure AI is the right fit.
Involve the people doing the work.
Build their skills.
Pilot it.
Measure actual outcomes.
Then scale what works.
The technology is powerful.
The opportunity is real.
But people need understanding before pressure.
Take a look through the carousel and tell me what you think.
Comment “SOS” and I’ll send you a lifeline.
