A Big Thank You to Chief Sasaoka and LVFR for hosting the F⁴ as we set up basic fire and ems skills for UNLV's Kineseology Doctoral students to expose them to the stresses of the job. We are excited to be working with Professor @bschllng , who is the director of the Physically Demanding Professions Research Group. One of our favorite weeks of the year is here!! NSCA Tactical Annual Training Conference and it’s here in Las Vegas! It’s such a fun week full of education and technology to help take care of tactical athletes. Tony and Myself are teaching Thursday the 24th at 10am. We hope to see you all there!

We had a great time at The National Fire Academy! We met some amazing people and took part in awesome discussions! There was hundreds of years of experience in between 4 walls, all to discuss safety and the wellbeing of firefighters around the country! 🤯 We would recommend everyone take the opportunity to go to NFA and bring something to take notes,because it is a very eye opening experience. A big thank you to and Jeff Buchanan for introducing this opportunity to us.
