My friendly reminder that a Last Will & Testament is the most useless document in estate planning.
It's recognized nowhere, but a probate court!
The goal is to avoid probate!
There is only 1 circumstance for a Will and it's to serve in a "Pour Over" capacity to a Trust should you find yourself with a probatable asset at death.
