The Beverly Mathis Elementary PTO is hosting a Uniform Drive and we’d love your support! As you clean out closets for summer, consider donating gently used Mathis-approved uniforms.

We’re collecting:
✔️ Standard student attire
✔️ Mathis shirts
✔️ House shirts
✔️ Backpacks

Please donate items that are:
✨ Clean
✨ In good condition
✨ Free of stains or damage

Every donation helps support our Mathis community and ensures all students have access to the items they need to feel confident and ready to learn. Thank you for helping us give these items a second life! 🐴❤️

Our fourth grade students are having a STEM carnival this Thursday and need some supplies! If you have anything on the list that you’d like to donate, please drop it off today or tomorrow in the front office or send it to school with your student. Thanks for your support!

So proud of the Mathis kiddos competing in Battle of the Books this year! They read 8 chapter books and met every Thursday before school to practice! First round of Jeopardy style questions went great today and now they gear up to compete against other schools on Thursday April 9 at 4:15 at Mathis! Huge thanks to our librarian Ms. Crawford for organizing and helping these kids all year!

In honor of Black History Month, we are proud to celebrate Dr. Beverly Mathis Elementary School at the UNLV Lady Rebels basketball game on Friday, February 21st at 2:00pm as they take on UNR!

Dr. Beverly Mathis will be in attendance for this meaningful event honoring her legacy. ❤️
